100% recommend for a temporary stay
Modern hotel, clean hotel, with excellent air conditioning in the room and convenient access to the Rogier metro station, making it easy to explore the area.
Not a single issue.

The modern and stylish design of the hotel was a standout feature, particularly in the common area with vending machines, which added a nice touch. The basic free Wi-Fi served its purpose well for quick navigation, and if you're looking to splurge, there's a paid broadband option available.
Room sizes were painfully small, making it a challenge to move around, especially with luggage. The air conditioning was ineffective and couldn’t be adjusted to personal preferences, leaving the space uncomfortable. There's a real lack of basic amenities. some rooms didn't even have sufficient space for simple toiletries. I experienced issues with the check-in process, which felt convoluted, and the lack of daily cleaning services unless requested for an extra cost is a downside. Finally, noise from the street seeped into the rooms, making it hard to catch some sleep after a day of exploring.

the bed was terrible, I couldn’t find a single ounce of comfort, like, what is this, a medieval torture device? also, shower smelled of stale water, such a lovely welcome. I almost left a good review, but the lack of special treatement was absolutely unacceptable after such conditions. Unbelievable, honestly.

Travelers couple delight
We loved most things about the hotel. The location is as good as it gets, a few minutes walk from the metro and with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
It wasn’t exactly budget friendly, but honestly nothing major to complain about.

The rooms are quite small. opening the luggage was a challenge with minimal room to move around comfortably.

Howay, I had a canny time here! The location's spot on, right by the shopping area and only a 10-minute stroll to Grand Place. But, the room was a tad small, made it tricky for moving about. worth a stay!

Nice lounge area with coffee machines, but weird check-in process without a reception.

This place suits me perfectly, offering great amenities like 24-hour security, express check-in, and a cozy bar area. On my first stay, the staff helped me with currency exchange recommendations, which I fondly remember. I definitely recommend staying here!

Perfect for exploring Brussels
Spent a couple of nights here and loved it! Room was snug and tidy, perfect for crashing after a day of sightseeing. The coffee in the bar area was a nice bonus. It was a bit noisy at night though, not ideal for light sleepers. great value for a cozy stay!

the room was super cosy and clean. We got there a lil early and our room was ready! the staff are so cool and helped us out with everything we needed. location is prime, like everything you wanna see is close by. the bar is a nice chill spot too. honestly, we wish we could’ve stayed longer.
only thing was the wifi was a bit annoying since you have to log in every few hours. also, it was kinda noisy from the street at night.

Had an awesome stay with super comfy beds that gave me the best sleep ever! I loved the gluten-free breakfast option with delicious focaccia and enjoyed some downtime at the lounge area. Just a heads up, the TV channels were a bit limited, but overall I really enjoyed my time here! 😊

A Good Budget Choice with Room for Improvement
I appreciated the clean and quiet room I stayed in for four nights. a proper chair for working and remarks about the uncomfortable mattress stood out. For a better experience, request bottles of water in advance and explore nearby bars for nightlife.

It was just a suitable option for a stopover in Brussels with fantastic value for money. I enjoyed the complimentary butter and chocolate croissants each morning. Make sure to manage your phone charging as there's only one plug in the sleeping area.
